This is the storm paddle park.  I turned some fairly hard rubber into a cylinder and drilled a through hole.  This is the pocket that is formed when I tug the paddle up to loosen the two knots making it easy and fast to slide it in and under the cockpit bungies
	.I tighten the two knots when I first set off, a tight clutch on the paddle.  If  I slide it in/out flush, it remains very tight and secure on deck.
