This is a part of the Delaware River nearby the ports of Camden and Philadelphia.  Water level is down due to drought conditions.  Makes a vivid outline of the shore.

Nobody is complaining of the lack of rain except for farmers, fire prevention officials, and white water boaters.  The ducks, geese and other migratory that feed on the water have more vittles per volume.
