The heat seems to be in better control by these residents of the same street as I had photographed yesterday.  They opened the fire hydrants without problems from city officials, a confidence attributed to the rainy spring here in the northeast.

My adaptation to this was soaking my shirt with cool water when I arrived to the studio, this proved an effective armour.
