A 40 minute traffic jam was my first encounter with Philadelphia.  I had ascertained, and later verified, that it was caused by a traffic accident ahead.  The major clue were the 2 helicopters circling like vultures ahead.  They reported an overturned vehicle at the next exit.

It is time like these that I am glad of not having a convertible, especially not stopped behind diesel powered tractor trailers.
